This skirt is a 3/8 round rubber rand, the casing is constructed of 2 ply 2mm Neoprene which creates a 4mm casing. The deck
and tunnel are constructed of 3.5mm Neoprene which makes this skirt both flexible and durable. Be sure you have adequate clearance
