This shell raises the bar a little.  It has almost dry-top functionality but with super comfy neoprene O-ring neck for the best dryness/comfort compromise.  The latex wrist seals are bomber and the double waist system is like that found on dry tops twice the price.  The large front packet rounds off an excellent product in its price range.
